This policy explains how Graphicmade LTD processes information when you use Qloop.
Information we process
- Account information, including your email address, sign-in provider identifier, and optional profile details.
- Your subjects, quiz answers, progress, saved content, preferences, and app diagnostics.
- Subscription status and pseudonymous purchase identifiers. Apple processes payment details; Qloop does not receive your full card details.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate you, personalize and continuously replenish your question feed, remember progress, prevent duplicate questions, provide paid features, secure the service, and respond to support requests. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
Qloop uses Supabase for authentication and database hosting, Fly.io for the API, Google Gemini to generate quiz content, RevenueCat to manage subscription status, and Apple for App Store purchases. These providers process data to provide their services under their own terms and privacy commitments.
AI-generated content
Subject names and instructions may be sent to Google Gemini to generate questions. Avoid entering confidential or sensitive personal information in subject descriptions.
Retention and deletion
App data is kept while your account is active. You can permanently delete your Qloop account and associated app data from Profile → Delete Account. Limited billing, fraud-prevention, or legal records may be retained by Apple, RevenueCat, or us where required by law.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion, or ask a privacy question, by emailing graphicmade@gmail.com. Depending on where you live, additional data-protection rights may apply.
Security and changes
We use access controls, encryption in transit, and least-privilege service credentials. No system is completely secure. Material policy changes will be reflected on this page with a new effective date.
