By using Qloop, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

Qloop provides personalized, AI-generated educational quizzes. Content may contain errors and is for general learning, not professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for lawful use of the service. Do not abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, interfere with other users, reverse engineer protected systems, or submit unlawful content.

Subscriptions

SuperQloop subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID, renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and can be managed or cancelled in Apple subscription settings. Prices and billing periods are shown before purchase. Apple handles refunds under its policies. Restoring purchases in Qloop restores eligible access without charging you again.

Availability and changes

We work to keep Qloop available and your feed replenished, but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every generated question is accurate. We may improve, limit, or discontinue features where reasonably necessary.

Termination

You may delete your account at any time in the app. We may suspend abusive or unlawful accounts. Deleting a Qloop account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription; manage that separately with Apple.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Qloop is provided “as is” and Graphicmade LTD is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liability that cannot legally be limited.
